automation in electronics factories, many machines require vacuum as the power
of the equipment. Most of the vacuum requirements are around --0.06MPa
--0.08MPa.

The upper and lower limits of the vacuum system (for example, the upper limit is set to -0.08Mpa, the lower limit is set to -0.06MPa), after starting the system, one of the vacuum pumps starts to work until the vacuum in the vacuum tank is higher than the upper limit Value -0.08Mpa, at this time the vacuum pump stops automatically, and the vacuum in the vacuum tank is automatically cut off by the vacuum check valve.
The main vacuum pump set of the starting system starts to work, until the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank reaches the set upper limit value, the vacuum pump automatically stops running, and the vacuum in the central vacuum system is automatically stopped by the vacuum check valve on the pipeline to be maintained. If the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank drops and falls below the set lower limit value due to work requirements, the standby vacuum pump set will start automatically. As a result, the vacuum degree of the vacuum system can maintain a stable vacuum source to meet the production requirements.
