Glove box cleaning (inlet pressure can be appropriately reduced after opening and cleaning)
1) Definition: The gas in the box is replaced with working gas, and the gas in the box is discharged from the cleaning valve on the top of the glove box.
2) Steps:
①Ensure sufficient working gas;
② Close the loop;
③ Start cleaning;
④Adjust the pressure reducing valve vice table, set pressure 0.1-0.2Mpa
3) Reasons for cleaning:
① Commissioning for the first time;
② Not used for a long time;
③ Misoperation causes air to enter;
④Remove the organic solvents, acid and alkali solvents and other harmful substances in the glove box (too high content of organic solvents will affect the normal operation of oxygen probe and circulation system)
