Glove Box Cleaning Instruction


Cleaning (air inlet pressure can be reduced properly after cleaning is started)
1) Definition: replace the gas in the box with working gas, and the gas in the box is discharged from the cleaning valve on the top of the glove box.

2) Step:
① Ensure sufficient working gas;
② Close the cycle;
③ Start cleaning;
④ Adjust the secondary gauge of pressure reducing valve, and set the pressure to 0.1-0.2mpa
3) Cleaning reason:
① First commissioning;
② Not enabled for a long time;
③ Misoperation, allowing air to enter;
④ Remove harmful substances such as organic solvent and acid-base solvent in the tank (too high content of organic solvent will affect the normal operation of oxygen probe and circulation system).
