1. Turn off the cycle and analyzer at the same time
Causes: ① the pressure in the tank is too high in an instant, exceeding + 12mbar, the system will automatically protect; ② the voltage is unstable, causing system protection.
Methods: ① check whether the pressure setting is correct, whether the pressure sensor is abnormal, whether the box vacuum valve or air supply valve is damaged, and then open the analyzer and cycle after the pressure returns to normal. ② Check whether the vacuum pump is broken and cannot operate.

2. Main antechamber and min antechamber can't replenish air
Causes: ① the air hole leading to the large and small bins in the glove box may be blocked by plastic film; ② whether the solenoid valve is not opened.
Methods: ① determine the position of air hole and dredge the pipeline according to the pipeline direction; ② check the pipeline and solenoid valve.
3. Main antechamber and min antechamber are unable to pump air
Causes: ① the suction hole in the lMain antechamber and min antechamber is blocked by plastic film or the cabin door leaks; ② the cabin door is not closed tightly, or the sealing ring of the large and small warehouses is loose.
Methods: ① according to the pipeline direction, determine the position of air hole and dredge the pipeline; ② close the chamber door and check the large and small sealing rings; ③ check whether the working air pressure is too low (because the chamber air extraction valve is a pneumatic valve).
4. Continuous increase of tank pressure during cleaning
Cause: the cleaning valve is not opened, the air inlet pressure is too large, and the pipeline is not smooth.
Methods: ① ensure that the pipeline is smooth, and it is better not to bend; ② during cleaning, the relative pressure in the tank is continuously lower than 0.5 mbar.
5. Purge column main valve failure
Causes: ① working gas pressure is less than 0.5Mpa; ② main valve signal feedback fault.
Methods: ① replace the working gas cylinder, or check that the pressure of the relief valve secondary gauge is 0.5MPa; ② check the signal switch of the main valve.
6. Cycle cannot be opened
Cause: low or high voltage protection of fan frequency converter.
Method: after the voltage is stable, shut down and restart after 1 minute.
