Cell of Lithium Ion Battery and Manufacturing Method of Lithium Ion Battery
Lithium-ion
batteries have the unique advantages of high energy density, high operating
voltage, low self-discharge rate, long cycle life, and no pollution. They are
now widely used as power sources in electronic products such as cameras and
mobile phones.
Lithium-ion
battery cells are one of the core parts of lithium ions. Traditional cells
mainly include cathode diaphragms, anode diaphragms, separators, etc. The
separator is located between the cathode diaphragm and the anode diaphragm. The
cathode diaphragm and the anode diaphragm are separated. As a result, the
effective working space in a lithium-ion battery becomes smaller. Therefore,
the battery cell makes the space utilization rate inside the lithium-ion
battery low.
An
automatic lithium battery production line is provided. The integrated lithium
battery production line consists of an oven, a cooling glove box, a liquid
injection glove box, a buffer glove box, a squeeze (static) vacuum box, a
sealed glove box, and a discharge vacuum box. The oven and glove box are
seamlessly connected to achieve continuous production. The oven and the glove
box are seamlessly connected. After baking, the battery core is always kept in
a water-free and oxygen-free glove box environment. Fast cooling speed, the
entire production line includes a cooling glove box. The cooling speed is fast,
the cost is low, and the operating environment is water-free and oxygen-free.
It guarantees that the battery cell is baked and filled with liquid to provide
the most solid protection for the quality of the battery.
