Quality:
The entire production, sales, and after-sales process of the Etelux glove box has achieved information and systematic management. The production process can be monitored and tracked at any time to ensure stable product quality, prompt delivery, and fast service.
Installation:
After the contract equipment arrives at the destination and the buyer provides the necessary installation conditions, the seller sends someone to the user's site for equipment installation, commissioning and technical training (operation, daily maintenance).

Service:
1. Warranty: After the contract equipment is installed, both parties sign the equipment acceptance form, and the equipment enters the warranty period. The warranty period of the equipment is 36 months after acceptance or 39 months after delivery to the destination, whichever expires first (Note: excluding gloves, purification materials, organic solvent adsorption materials)
2. During the warranty period, the seller shall bear all the costs of equipment maintenance, parts replacement, and travel, but the maintenance of faults caused by human damage and improper operation shall be borne by the user;
3. Outside the warranty period, free telephone technical support and answering questions, if necessary, the seller's engineer can visit the equipment site for maintenance and technical training, the relevant costs are borne by the user;
4. When the contract equipment fails, the seller shall ensure timely maintenance, and ensure that within one hour of receiving the seller's service request, the telephone guide shall guide the failure that cannot be eliminated, and the seller's engineer can come to the site to provide service within 2 working days.
