Advantages of Integrated Lithium Battery Production Line
With
the development of science and technology, various electronic products have
emerged endlessly and almost become an indispensable part of people's daily
life. Lithium-ion batteries have many advantages such as high energy density,
long cycle life, small environmental pollution, and reproducibility. It is
widely used in various electronic products.
When
the energy density of a lithium-ion battery is higher, the battery is lighter
and has a higher capacity. Therefore, high energy density is the direction
pursued by lithium-ion batteries. However, the width of all anode pole pieces
of a conventional laminated lithium-ion battery cell is generally greater than
the width of the cathode pole piece, and the energy density of such lithium-ion
battery cells is generally lower.
An
integrated lithium battery production line is provided, which is composed of an
oven, a cooling glove box, a liquid injection glove box, a buffer glove box, a
squeeze (static) vacuum box, a sealed glove box, and a discharge vacuum box.
The battery cell realizes automatic transmission during operation. The function
of the oven is to realize the vacuum drying of the battery. The function of the
cooling glove box is to cool down the battery. The function of the glove box is
to provide a water-free and oxygen-free operating environment, to complete the
filling and sealing operations in the glove box. The oven and the cooling glove
box are seamlessly connected to ensure continuous production in a controlled
water-free and oxygen-free environment. All the cabin doors are automatically
opened and closed and controlled and operated by Siemens PLC touch.
